"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path" (Psalm 119:105).
The Bible from Israel
"He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD." (Psalm 147:19,20)
The Bible is a Jewish Book, written by Jewish prophets and apostles. Furthermore, Jewish scribes preserved the Holy Scriptures by coping them accurately and handing them down over the ages.
The Bible for Israel
"For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it". (Isaiah 55:10,11)
Israel and the Bible wants to return the Bible to Jewish people, because after all it is their spiritual inheritance. Israel and the Bible does not try to convert Jewish people into Christianity. We believe His Word and Spirit alone can bring man into a saving knowledge of Messiah. This saving knowledge is not a nominal Christian faith, but a Biblical faith in the Jewish Messiah!
The Bible about Israel
"Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them." (Isaiah 44:6,7)
